day out with my polypeeps (CLS Club) to celebrate advance xmas on Sunday.
we had a mini gift xchange at Miss Clarity Cafe @ Bugis area.
mine was from Shaliz; a Sony Earpiece. i like it very much.
had crusted dory something something there. the food there was normal.
a passable cafe however it's great to have GST & Service Charge Waived off.

the guys left at around 6+pm then it's shopping time.
it feels shiok to spend money. to buy alot alot of things.
however it sucks when you know that you're having lesser money. LOL!
bought lotsa stuffs for myself that day.
considered as "pre-xmas presents" bought using my bonus. wheets =p

the food there was nice. i finally tried it after shuting told me long ago.
then we chill out along the riverside and chit chat before Sandra and the guys came.

Proceed to MOS after that. $20 entry. redeem our free drinks at Main Arena.
Then we went to Smoove! loves Smoove area. loves the R&B songs.
but DJ Tang aint there. if he were to be there, i think the songs wld be superb!!!

Seriously, it's a night for clubbing lar. Well Huiling & Charlyn jio-ed me to MOS. How i wished i could go, i really wished! But i cant as i've a event tmr. arrrrg. shucks!

Btw just came back from work due to the Social Dance Night 2007. I think I screwed up being a EMCEE lar. Yes. i must agree for normal conversation in chinese is fine as you can add some singlish into it. but to be a emcee and to speak chinese, it sucks ultimately. it's like tongue tight at times!!! No, i should say at many times la! LOL! So i think i literally screwed it up. oppps sorry hahah. but nvrmind, practice makes perrrfect! (:

Went to work as usual on wednesday.
Sean Roy & I went VivoCity to buy logistics required for HTNS Social Dance 2007.
At the same time, we shopped for Peiyun's bday present.
Whoa. Adidas having sales recently! Up till 30% and there is still NEW PIECES!
How I wish I've got the money to wipe out the whole Adidas! COOOOL.

Proceed to Giant @ VivoCity to buy our props and snacks required for hamper.
you can get everything or anything without thinking about the money.
it was so cool. grab without thinking. but that's all for the prizes for the event.

had our shopping at orchard. bistro delifrance for dinner.
the food there were a 'so so', not that nice. but at least we tried.

unknowingly we walked past huiling & her bf in order to get to our seats.
Din know she was sitting just right beside us till she called us.
i think both of us were talking too loudly then. =/

Sometimes life is really unpredictable.
everything seems it's just fated, fated to happened. you just cant escape it.
got to know about the Dragon Boat Tragedy and felt sad for them.
5 young men with promising future jus left LIKE THAT.
however learning that they actually met up with this tragedy while doing their fav sports sounds consoling though.

one out of the five victim was actually friend of my colleague.
he too was feeeling so sad that he actually lost one of his sec sch buddy.

nvrtheless, their contributions being a national dragon boater has done proud for Singapore.
may them rest in peace.

i've got nothing much to buy plus im on a budget before my pay comes on 30th!

And now it's over for 1 week alr.

Met up with Calida just a slightly more early to shop at Orchard.
Nothing much to buy but I used up my $10 topshop voucher in buying a top.

collected my race pack today at Suntec City Convention Hall.
this year's bag was much better. but the "gooodies" inside aint fascinating.

NEW BALANCE REAL RUN 2007

It's finally over.
No more staying back after work till 11pm anymore.
Not forever but at least for now. LOL!

This year was a nice experience holding it at the new sg airshow venue.
Changi Exhibition Centre which is air conditioned.
Not only the participants love it, but me myself being the organiser loves it too!
When people are complimenting about NB REAL Run 2007,
Frankly, I felt proud and honoured that im actually part of the organising committee.
But it was hard work. and especially when everyday you only spend sleeping time at home.
We even went there a day before and spent our night there w/o sleeping!!!

Well done HomeTeamNS Events Committee..
and also everyone who made NB REAL Run 2007 a successs.
Not all events runs smoothly, hope everyone understands that some errors are inevitable.
And we tried our very best to minimise any errors la! haha.

Reached my workplace at 0400hr..
Waiting for boss to send me and raymond to Changi Exhibition Centre.
First thing in the morning, i drop my slippper into the drain.
That's $40 havianna's flops for god sake!
For once i felt worried, worried that it had dropped into deeeep.
Thanks boss for digging it out for me! LOL!

Training run started at 0745hr.
Press start on that big big yellow clock. COOL.
The sun is like freaking hot and scorching.
Grew more pimples after reaching home at 1400hr
Sleeeep all the way to 1900hr and woke up for dinner.
Sleeeept at 2100hr all the way till this morning before heading for work!


Happpeninng life; yet to blog about it is quite boring =/ HAHA!

IM BACK after a long weekdays of work.
outta 5 weekdays, i spent 4 days OT-ing after work.
doing all the preparation work for REAL Run & this sunday's Training Run.
gotta meet up 0400hrs this sunday with Events Team.

Went HomeTeamAcademy (HTA) today with Hanwei & Yeow Seng for a meeting.
Really din expect to see Weijian and Douglas there cos i thought HTA was big.
hmmm. HTA sounds familiar.. Ho Thiam Aik?! hahah. jus kidding.
was rrlly surprise and great to see them there. (:

Today was Eve of Hari Raya Aidilfitri (Sorry if i spelt it wrongly)
everyone was allowed to leave after 3pm.

Life's Good; So Far So Goood.

Without knowing, i'd been working at HomeTeamNS for 2 weeks already.
Made new friends new colleagues there. they helped me great alot!!
Especially my events dpt, thanks for the help though you pple are super busy with REAL RUN.

This week was a busy busy week for me; only managed to reach home early today.
My past few days were spent slogging at work, having meetings with my sub-clubs, etc..
Still rmb the Entrepreneur Club meeting with the committees on thursday.
It's really killing my brain cells listening to them and jotting down the minutes.
They made up mainly of businessman and lawyer even.
It was an eye opener for me but i felt i am too young to understand their point of view. LOL

As mentioned so far so goood for my work.
Been busy loooking for sponsorships, doing publicity, etc..
Not to say I LOVE DOING THAT. but i dont hate it anyway.
It's ultimately fine as long as it's manageable!! SERIOUS. =P

I presumed more hardwork headaches & stress will be coming!
And I will be like turning into a mad woman, growing more pimples, etc..

it's sort of same as the SAFRA job i applied earlier where i got no reply.
though the office and surroundings is not as beautiful as i wanted;
but since it's a events planner position, so im okay. HAHA =/

Previously, i did mentioned that i went for 3 interviews.
they were mainly:

2. NTUC Union (Events Administrative Assistant)
3. HomeTeamNS (Executive Assistant; Events)

MONKEY TREE CRAZE!!!

everyone's talking/discussing about the "monkey" that is seen on a tree at Jurong West Street 42 after the tree bark came off. just nice i stayed at Street 41. My cousin brought me there on a saturday night (midnight), there were like so many pple. so we din get off the car but just drove past it only.

i'd three interviews in a row for this week.
just went one today, think it's alright; but not of a job i wanted so much.
tmr (tuesday) and wednesday would be the ones i wanted.
so do hope everything goes well for me.

HIGH TEA BUFFET @ GOODWOODPARK HOTEL.

outing with my sister and cousins.
had our sumptous meal of dim sum buffer at the hotel.
the food were good. at least worth the $25.00
most importantly, the durian pudding desert and the veg soup rocks!

went to collect moooncakes at Mariott and cabbed home after that.






three buffets meals in a week.
i think i'd put on damn lot of weight.
all accumulate at the face oso. arrrg.
buffet rocks but not so much per weeek. haha =/

BORING WEEKEND.

without knowing i'd worked at NIKON for 1month already.
it's always when you got to know more pple; then it's time for you to leave.
i was quite relunctant but i'd no choice cos it's afterall a temp job.
but nvrmind, made some good friends/colleagues there. you know who you're. (:

yest went Prudential for a casual talk with yijian's friend.
initially it was discussing or 'sort of interview' for a HR job.
but i dunno why, suddenly it became an interview for financial advisor?
yes. i admit the money earned for an advisor is damn alot alot.
i told them i will think about it; but i doubt i will take up the job offer. =/
OH yar. so good of satyish to come meet me and shuting for lunch.
though it's just half an hour of meet up, i appreciated it.
sorry for making you guys waited arnd an hour for me.


THURSDAY
went Sakura at orchard with peikun and shuting on thursday.
beeen so long since the three of us last met up for some shopping/food.
$30 spent on foood. think it's alright for a international buffet.
but still.. the foood aint that WOW or nice and not many variety.
chat about many many stuffs; but i'd forgotten. OPPS =/
strolled around wisma before taking a train home.
