had horrendous amount of bai cai from those steamboats session i had earlier during CNY 1st and 2nd days. but i still love it. i love nice soups toooo. thinking of that makes me salivate! Yipeee heading to HuiSi's house for steamboat session later and we will be heading to GIANT-IMM to get our foodstuffs first.

DRINK THAT!
boyf bought KOI's bubble milk tea (L size) for me ytd. dig that! managed to check out that there are 2 more outlets, mainly at chinatown and marine parade. fattening but i love it now! at the rate i am drinking now i think i will not fufil my NY resolution. lols.

went boyf house to bai nian and for dinner. had some mini black jack session after that with his cousin, cousin's gf, his brother, and parents. managed to win a little. Had our supper at Market85 before sending cousin's gf home. Both the minced meat noodle shop were not open so we had the oyster omelette which sucks. see below pictures.
Market 85 situated somewhere in Bedok.
waited for almost half an hour for the oyster omelette which looks and taste like this.
Eggs werent cooked well, messy stirring of the starch egg and oyster. Freaking $8.00 for the biggest version which is not even worth trying. Spoiled my appetite then.

3rd Day of CNY.
The solid 4days of rest is over. How fast can that be! Almost all the money (red packets) that i've gotten, i used that to offset my losses in blackjack. how unlucky i am this year. what shall i do to gain more luck. Anyway people says as you grow up, CNY is getting boring which i have to admit that it's quite true especially when you started earning. The yearn for red packets is not the same as when you are a kid. Later going to Boyf house for dinner.
That's about it; shall blog when i am free again! :)

Guessed from the 1st day of year 2009, I've not make any resolutions for this year. Hereby I truly wish that I can slim down and have the figure I wanted before year 2010! I want people to tell me that "you have slimmed down, instead of you have grown fat" in next year's CNY house visiting!

First of all,
HAPPY CHINESE NEW YEAR TO ALL OF YOU!
Have you eaten your YU SHENG (LOU HEI)? Yes I've eaten mine during my company reunion dinner at GUILIN and extended family reunion dinner at AH YAT on friday. simply love yu sheng although i dont understand why my friend, sherlyn, dont like it at all! Anyway caught the local movie (forgot the name, opps!) at GV Vivo City after the dinner with my family and cousins. Movie was alright and this is the 2nd time I've watched local movie at Cinemas!

Meet up with Roy on Saturday as we headed to TPY to have our dinner. Reason being there is because I wanted to drink my favourite bbtea (as intro-ed by Sean) at KOI Cafe. It's really very nice. You can simply taste the fragrance of the milk powder and the tea. I LOVE IT! Having eaten and drank so much good food these months, without surprise, I've grown fatter! Seriously. ): I ought to slim down. fcuk!

Took a day off to do my nails for the upcoming CNY. i regreted going to _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ to have my classic mani and pedi done for 40$. It sucked totally cos they dont have the skills. Probably at the first place, I shldnt go to somewhere which they do not specialise in mani and pedi. well it looks sucky now. Crumpled, scratched and uneven. Nvm, I will nvr know if I dont try and since I've tried it and It sucked. So I will never go there again no doubt it's cheap.

So much thinking. been thinking to take on a part time while studying part time at UNI-SIM. lost the motivation at work at times. unable to make decision, felt that we are just puppets. and working under no time lines which as much as i wanted to set but i cant. i cant complete my job on time cos pple cant complete on time too. so much "late work" and with such a short notice which will results in poor participation i guessed.
Felt and wanted to enjoy my life as a 21 years old girl where i can just concentrate on degree studies and nothing else. but i cant cos i am not born with a silver or gold spoon. i need to work to earn money to pay for my degree programme. i really really really want to enjoy life. work means just purely working, study means just purely studying, no two at a time. from next week onwards, i will be studying at night for tues and thurs. was quite surprise that the lessons were held at SP and which it will be much accessible for me too! I think there must be a overwelming of students due to the 40% government sponsorship.

Sudden meet up with Munchy yesterday and we headed to Timbre at Armenian Street. We queued up for almost an hour before we got a seat there. Can you imagine how many people were there yesterday? Anyway the band was goood but hated the drink i drank. Thought I could accept Heineken if I consume it more often but it still sucks. Ate Hawaiian Pizza tooo which taste great.
Boyf fetched us home after that.
Yea and we finished pouring it out but we din managed to gobble all down. She loves beer though.
Been sometime since i last meet her and she's going HK nxt week. shiok!

JUST A RANDOM OUTING.
Met up with Serene as we head down to Midpoint Orchard to get my threading of brows done. It was as usual painful experience, but the pain is worth it as you can neat and tidy brows as you can see from my pictures. I did not even draw/ colour my brows; it's natural! lol.
Had ourattas high tea at CANELE, my usual hangout dining venue for Club Salmon Sandwich. Simply love it! Had some cakes and macarons too!
Met up with Satiysh and Sinni then. Did some window shoppings and our dinner was at TCC scotts. Satiysh left us to meet his friendsfor clubbing and 3 of us caught the flick, YES! MAN before heading home. Quite a funny hilarious movie but JIM CARRY looks old already. oppps! Anway Serene and I had a few stupid silly jumping acts as you can see from the pictures below. LOL! it's kind of ugly though.

thank you for tolerating my noisiness. though i always find that you are naggy, somehow or rather, i realised your nagginess have already passed on to me!
Alright im kind of naggy lately! LOL.
Had bday dinner with my parents, sister, sister's boyf, boyf and myself. Boyf and Ibought a New Moon Abalone mini hamper (really really really mini) and gave angbao to my mom. Sis and Boyf treats the dinner and cake! Hope my mom enjoyed. :)
Meeting up with some old friends this saturday esp Shuting! Miss you lahs....

spent my last day of year2008 with boyf. we had our late lunch at MADJACKCAFE at paradiz centre. Boyf parked his car at paradiz centre and we walked to cityhall. it cost only $3.50 from 4pm to 2am! Imagine if we were to park at Marina Sq and i guessed it will cost alot! We countdown the very last moments of 2008 at Marina Bay Floating Platform. caught the moments of the fireworks too. awesome! the angle we were at, the fireworks were literally above us and three-dimensioned!!! managed to record some of them down.
After the concert, we walked back to the car and went home. Both of us were very tired from the distance of walk. :)
That's how i spent my romantic last few hours of 2008 with boyf. :)
Luckily i'm off tomorrow, i am totally in holiday mood!!
LAST BUT NOT LEAST:
I hope year2009 will be a happier and smoother year for me. Hope for world peace, to have the economic back (so that I can have more bonus?! LOL), lastly everyone to stay healthy and happy! :)
