My back simply hurts!


after all these few days of training and exerting energy energy energy.. and exercising again when my back haven even recovered, definitely makes my lower back even super more achy.. hais.. think i'm rrlly old already n must take care of my own health..


friday night at 11.55pm marks the first match of FIFA WORLDCUP 2006 at germany.. the stadium was cool~ aniway i missed the england's match on saturday cos i dun have that channel! Starhub is rrlly out to earn pple's money, worldcup 4yrs back was telecast on channel 22 or 23 or 24.. n NOW thy created new channels, for eg. ch27,28 and requesting pple to subscribe n pay money in order to catch worldcup live.. aint thy clever?! this is the way to ear money manns! hahhas..
