THE PAIN IS KILLING ME!




Dunno for when n for what reason i twisted and sprain my back. seriously kinda in pain! And dis morning, menses cramp and lowerback ache (not that sprained parts). it's like the whole area is surrounded by pain till i dunno which pain exactly i'm having now! GOSH.. HELPME!-
